Terms & Conditions

Dry Hire & Alcohol Policy

Service Model: Brew Barrel LLC is a Dry Hire business. We provide professional bartending labor, equipment, and mixers, but we do not supply, sell, or purchase alcohol.
Client Provision: All alcohol must be provided by the Client or the venue.
Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse service to minors or visibly intoxicated guests to ensure the safety of your event.

Payment Terms & Processing Fees

Payment Method on File: A valid credit card or payment method must be kept on file to secure your booking.
Processing Fee: All payments made via credit card or the payment method on file are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be added to your invoice.
Fee Exemptions: Payments made in full via Cash or Zelle are exempt from this 3% processing fee.
Automatic Charging: Unless a Cash/Zelle payment is settled beforehand, the remaining balance (plus the processing fee) will be charged to the card on file upon arrival at the event.
Cash Payments: If paying the balance in cash, full payment must be handed to the lead bartender before any services (setup or pouring) commence.

Late Fees & Delays

Arrival Delay: Any payment not settled immediately upon arrival will incur a $50 late fee.
Payment Failure: If a bank or payment method prevents a successful transaction on the day of the event, the late fee still applies.
Post-Event Delays: Payments delayed past the calendar day of the event will incur an additional late fee for every day the balance remains unpaid.
Service Interruption: We require these terms to be met so we do not have to seek out the Client for payment during the festivities.

Equipment & Rentals

Inventory: All rentals (Bars, Smoke Guns, Ice Chests, etc.) are the property of Brew Barrel LLC.
Liability for Damage: The Client is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any equipment damaged or lost by guests. The card on file may be used to cover these costs.

Cancellations & Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date on our calendar.
Force Majeure (Act of God): Brew Barrel LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or venue closures).

Client Acknowledgement

By finalizing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. You understand that prompt payment allows us to pay our employees on time and continue providing high-quality service to our community.
